Services Not Eligible for Refund
- Completed and client-approved projects.
- Change of mind or personal preference after delivery.
- Unrealistic job or interview outcomes (beyond our control).
- Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery.
- Custom or add-on services outside the standard package.
Please note: As our services involve personalized digital deliverables, once work has commenced, full refunds may not always be applicable.
Digital Nature of Services
OPTYP provides customized digital services (such as resume writing and profile optimization). As such, once a project begins, intellectual work and time are invested immediately, making complete refunds impractical unless due to non-performance or system errors.

Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be approved under the following scenarios:

All partial refund amounts are evaluated case-by-case and communicated transparently.
